Peanut butter fudge


Yield: 8 in. pan

This peanut butter fudge has a smooth and silky texture with a light peanut butter flavor that won't overwhelm you.
The recipe is easy and depends on the temperature precision, so use a candy thermometer.





Ingredients:

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 T. PB
  • 1 c. milk
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1 t. vanilla



Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in medium sauce pan.
Boil till temperature reaches 234 – 240 degrees F...soft ball stage (about 20-30 min.)
Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla.
Pour into greased pan to let cool.
